1. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 22:00 CET on business days are typically shipped the next day.
  • Delivery time is usually 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed after 22:00 CET or during weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
  • You can track your order status through your customer account on our Website.

2. Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • We guarantee our products will arrive in excellent condition.
    If you receive damaged products, please submit a claim within 5 days of receipt by emailing support@thelongevitystore.com.
    Your email must include:
  1. Order number
  2. Contact information
  3. Description of the issue
  • Images of the packaging, shipping box, and invoice
  • We will replace damaged products free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

4. Lost Packages

  • The Longevity Store® is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost:
  1. Contact the shipping carrier and provide your tracking number.
  2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, file a claim with them and inform our customer support.
  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution.
