Orders placed on business days before 22:00 CET are typically processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 22:00 CET, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery address and carrier.

Typical delivery times are between 1 and 5 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Tracking status updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time location data.

4. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

The Longevity Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Damaged or defective products

We take care to ensure Products are packaged properly.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at support@thelongevitystore.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Lost packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the carrier directly.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate solution.

Packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
