RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Longevity Store B.V. via www.thelongevitystore.com.
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period by contacting support@thelongevitystore.com.
Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order only.

3. What you can return under the guarantee
Under the 90-day money-back guarantee, all items from your order must be returned to us. For each type of product in your order, only one unit may be opened or used. Every other unit of that same product type must be returned unopened.

One-Time Purchase (1 Longevity Complete pouch)
1-Month Supply (1 Longevity Complete pouch and a Starter Kit)
3-Month Supply (3 Longevity Complete pouches, 3 Omega-3 pouches and a Starter Kit)
If items that must be unopened are returned opened, or if items are missing, we may reduce your refund accordingly or decline the guarantee return. This does not affect your statutory rights under Section 1.
4. Shipping and return costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns we do not receive.

Returns must include the provided return reference number. Returns without a reference number may not be processed.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned Products.
Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned Products only. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first order.
Subsequent orders are not eligible for the voluntary guarantee, unless the Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
