Longevity Complete™ contains multiple ingredients with approved health claims that support aspects of longevity and healthy ageing. Please refer to the full list of approved health claims below. These ingredients' functions support overall vitality and wellness, which are foundational aspects of healthy ageing.

Creatine supports physical performance in high-intensity, short bursts of activity (with 3 g/day). Creatine enhances muscle strength in adults over 55 with regular resistance training. Magnesium, Vitamin B1, B3 (Niacin), B6, B12 and Vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium, Vitamin B1, B3 (Niacin), B6, B12, Biotin and C contribute to normal psychological and nervous system function. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Calcium and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function. Creatine enhances muscle strength gains in adults over 55 (with regular resistance training).

Zinc and Biotin contribute to maintenance of normal skin and hair. Selenium contributes to maintenance of normal hair and nails. Biotin and Vitamin B3 (Niacin) contributes to normal mucous membranes.

Vitamin C, D, B6, B12, Folate, Zinc and Selenium contribute to normal immune function.
