  • The 100-day period begins on the date of delivery.
  • Valid for both opened and unopened products, provided the request is made within the 100-day window.
  • Applies to domestic and international orders.

3. How to request a refund

  • Your order number
  • The product name you wish to return
  • A brief explanation for the return (optional but appreciated)

4. Return process

After receiving your request, our team will provide you with a unique reference number.

  • This reference number is required to process your refund.
  • Returns without a reference number will not be eligible.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
  • Refund amount = full purchase price of the product.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Important notes

  • The 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first purchase.
  • Subsequent purchases are not eligible unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
