SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with The Longevity Store B.V. (“The Longevity Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via www.thelongevitystore.com.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that destination.

2. Shipping cost

Free shipping applies to all orders. There are no shipping fees at checkout.

3. Order processing time (handling time)

Orders placed on business days before 22:00 CET are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 22:00 CET, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing times can be longer during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery time (transit time)

Delivery time starts once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 6 business days

  • Europe: 2 to 6 business days

  • Hong Kong SAR: 4 to 10 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

For non-EU destinations (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Hong Kong SAR), delivery may be affected by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Shipping carriers and tracking

We ship with:

  • PostNL for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • DPD for all other destinations

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

6. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

The Longevity Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Damaged or defective products

We take care to ensure Products are packaged properly.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at support@thelongevitystore.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Lost packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the carrier directly.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate solution.

Packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
