RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Longevity Store B.V. via www.thelongevitystore.com.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the Products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period by contacting support@thelongevitystore.com.

Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

2. Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase only.

This guarantee:

  • Applies only to the first product purchased per customer
  • Starts on the date of delivery
  • Applies to both opened and unopened products
  • Applies to domestic and international orders

This voluntary guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. How to request a return or refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at support@thelongevitystore.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • A brief explanation (optional)

After receiving your request, we will provide you with a return reference number and return instructions.

4. Return process

Returns must include the provided return reference number. Returns without a reference number may not be processed.

Products must be returned to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned Products.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned Products only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Exclusions and limitations

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase.

Subsequent purchases are not eligible for the voluntary guarantee, unless the Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The return does not meet the conditions of this policy
  • The return reference number is missing
  • The request falls outside the applicable time limits
